The Scoreholio app will be used at Oakland Yard during our league and tournament play. The app will be used to keep, report scores, and track league standings.

To see if a schedule has been posted, select your tournament date under "Upcoming Tournaments" and scroll down to your age group.
If a schedule has been posted, you will see a [Schedule] button.

Looking for our roster / waiver form? It is available for download here (Excel format).
This form MUST be completed and returned NO MORE THAN 10 days prior to your tournament date.
If we do not receive your form your team will not be able to participate in our event.

REFUND POLICY:

Tournament withdrawal (regardless of reason):

      • Up to 15 days before the tournament:  a $200 non-refundable process fee* will apply.  OYA will process refunds within 14 days.
      • Less than 15 days before the tournament:  no refunds will be given*.
     
*Exceptions:
      - If the withdrawing team finds a substitute to replace them (at full price) or if OYA replaces the withdrawing team with a team on the wait list (at full price), the $200 fee will be waived except for a $50 processing fee (at OYA’s discretion).
      - If OYA replaces the withdrawing team with a team at a reduced entry fee negotiated by OYA, the $200 fee will be waived except for the amount to make up the difference of the full price less the reduced price, plus a $50 processing fee.
     
Full disclosure:  At times, if a withdrawing team reduces the bracket below critical mass, OYA has the option to offer a free spot to a team in order to complete the bracket. In this case, the withdrawing team will receive no refund.
Tournament Cancellation:

      • OYA Tournaments will refund 100% of entry fees if we cancel an event or are unable to fit teams into the event, assuming payment in full was received.
      • If OYA Tournaments is required to cancel a tournament due to events outside of our control, a $50 non-refundable process fee (at OYA’s discretion) will apply.  OYA will process the tournament refunds after the event.
REGISTRATION:  REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND NO SPOT WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.   Consumer agrees to play on any or all dates and times advertised unless special requests are made and granted, but requests are not guaranteed.  Consumer agrees to play against any or all other teams within their bracket.  All players that are participating must be of the correct age.  OYA Tournaments strongly recommends that each player has proof of age if asked.  Failure may result in forfeit.

SCHEDULING:   OYA Tournaments will try to accommodate as many reasonable coaches scheduling requests as possible.  These requests are not guaranteed to be granted.  All 7/8U Boys Baseball, 9/10U Boys Baseball and 9/10U Girls Softball tournament games will be played in our north dome located behind our main dome.  Teams registering for tournaments are bound to the days and times assigned.  Please review the tournament registration form or tournament registration web page for days and times of the event before registering.
