Hitting	Pitching	Catching
* Advanced theory of hitting for all ages * Tee work & soft toss drills * Emphasis on the three balance points * Main focus on in-side hitting * Variety of drills to hitting inside, outside and middle pitches (High-Low) * Flip pitching for hitting, bunting & slapping	(If possible, bring a catcher) * Speed, accuracy, and movement * Skill level determines isolation drills * Advanced skills will include: Change-Up, curve ball, rise ball, screw balls & drop balls	* Proper receiving mechanics * Proper footwork and framing * Concentration on proper throwing mechanics to different bases * Proper blocking mechanics of different pitches in the dirt and outside the fielding range
