Shape up this year under the tutelage of Certified Personal Trainer, Angelo DiMambro.

This program is designed to enhance whatever sport you play by stressing the basics of core physical training. Activities will take place in our South dome and outside as weather permits.

It includes:
  •    •  Student evaluation session 1 and re-evaluation session 12
  •    •  Stabilization training
  •    •  Core and balance activities
  •    •  Resistance training
  •    •  Strength and endurance exercises
  •    •  Muscle imbalance and postural control

About Our Trainer

Angelo DiMambro is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. He currently works at Planet Rock as a Route-setter and he has been Rock climbing since 2009.

Angelo has been passionate about fitness his whole life and more compassionate about it the last few years when he decided to be a Trainer.

He looks forward to doing group fitness classes here at the Oakland Yard to help anyone reach toward their fitness goals.
