What a cool opportunity to explore a smorgasbord of new foods, cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients to create fun, healthy dishes. Each day will be a different theme and new recipes selected by our chef. Entrees and appetizers – both for lunch or dinner. Campers will learn about pairing flavors, using spices, and a variety of cooking techniques. Campers will understand kitchen safety, food handling, preparation, and temperatures.
All campers will receive their own apron and hat to keep!
