Does your child like to run? Oakland Yard's Adventure Running Camp provides an environment where your runner can have fun while improving their running form, technique, endurance, speed and agility. The camp's focus is to provide distance and sprint training to young runners. The runners will go through running workouts, form & flexibility drills, stretching, strength & core training, and race strategies/techniques.
This camp is open to
campers, ages 7 to 13.
Space is limited to 10 campers.
